Systems Security

• Network protected with firewall
• Paperless office. No printers available to any staff.
• Dual-Monitor workstations for a paperless environment
• Limited internet access on need-basis
• No personal emails access
• No facility of external drives (CD drives, Floppy drives, USB ports) available in the workstations.
• Workstations secured individually by Anti-Virus and Firewall Protection

Data Server Security

Our server is located in a hosting company that provides 24 hr. power back-up, high-speed internet connection, maintenance, and physical as well as data security. This system restricts access to specified users and is user protected. Moreover, your data will be stored in Secure servers in USA . All data transfer is 128-bit encrypted and has AES key encryption. All our internet and intranet network connections are firewalled and filtered to allow only permitted traffic.

Back-up

• We provide hard drive redundancy in case of hard drive failures and data clustering in case of server failures. With hard drive redundancy, a second hard drive takes over if one fails. With data clustering, data is replicated to a secondary server creating two sets of live data in case one server fails.
• We perform regular in-house backups of data so that it can be restored if and when needed.

Employee Credibility

We always take care to recruit honest and credible people keeping in mind to check their integrity and trustworthiness. We believe in segregating the duties of authority, recording and custody so that no individual handles the complete task independently. The work done by one individual is reviewed and authorized by the next higher level.This way we keep tab of the employee activities and also able to review the work. The important information is shared with a limited people.
